Paul Hewitt's speaks to the George Mason supporters



Last week Paul Hewitt spoke to the Patriot Club supporters about this upcoming season and the state of the basketball program. He briefly discusses the Andre Cornelius situation, his coaching philosophy, Mike Morrison's diet, the backcourt, and more.

He was refferring to Roland Houston, former GW assistant, now Mason assistant and uncle to freshman recruit Eric Copes.  RH is supposed to be a great big man guy.  On that note he better be if Hewitt wants Mike to play more than 24 minutes because Mike will have to score more to value more, I never felt like it was conditioning last year for Mike just not enough buckets!  I'm excited for the year, let's hope transition doesn't undercut what we had last year!

Bill is not a coach.  He coached at Fairfax HS in the late 90s, but other than that, no. :)

I was there.  Coach Hewitt seems like a good person.  I look forward to seeing him on the sidelines.  I liked the line about Morrison eating like a 4 year old. :)  He has some personality.
