Update on Pearson's injury

Good news regarding Ryan Pearson's injury that kept him out of Saturday's game:
"George Mason received some good news when X-rays revealed that freshman forward Ryan Pearson does not have any broken bones in his right hand. A school spokesman said that Pearson remains day-to-day. It is not known whether he will be ready to play in the Patriots' Colonial Athletic Association tournament opener on Saturday. The two-time CAA rookie of the week missed Saturday's 71-59 victory over Towson, sitting on the bench with his hand heavily taped, particularly his ring and pinky fingers. Pearson averages 7.3 points and 3.8 rebounds per game for Mason."
He still has a few days to take it easy and get some treatment before this weekend, but will he be 100%? His absence or limited play would not doubt hurt the Patriots depth, especially when you consider having the possibility of playing three games in three days.

We need Ryan. I hope he recovers quickly, because I love having him on the court with Morrison or Monroe.

Does anyone else have a hard time sleeping during CAA tourney week?

No I don't have trouble sleeping this week. The whole drive to richmond, go to game, drive back to Manassas, repeat thing keeps me sleepin like a baby.

As for Ryan, I wouldn't say we NEED him because we ride so deep. He would be an insane boost for the team though. I remember at the last home game I went to he was soo pumped and pumping up the team at the start of the game. I deff. see him moving into a team leader over the years.
