GARBAGE Towson would have given a better showing than that.
What remains is the hope of an NIT game at home. A good consolation prize if not for the gigantic egg they laid in Richmond. How do you come up with any energy after that showing??

Very disappointing performance, but the future is bright in Fairfax and we may earn a NIT bid in a season when we were picked to finish 4th.
This team performed beyond anyone's expectations this year and the future is bright. Morrison is going to be a major factor next year and I think he will enjoy having a VCU rematch. If Long, Pearson and Cornelius continue to develop in the off season we should have the leadership we have been lacking. I don't know much about the incoming freshman class but rumor has it that we landed some real talent.
