George Mason to end regular season on ESPN2 against Northeastern at Noon 2/27

So like most of us had hoped the Patriots will end the regular season in style on ESPN2 against Northeastern on Saturday February 27th at Noon. This announcement comes from Northeastern's athletics twitter page.

Our winning streak seemed too good to be true. But with such a young team, it was inevitable.

Really with Cam struggling as bad as he did, it says a lot that we still could of won it in the end. That game will certainly go down as the worst of his career. If anything, maybe it will fire him up for this stretch run against the better teams.

I am very curious to see how we bounce back against a very good Drexel team. If we loose this one we will be fighting for our lives for a top 4 spot.

Yes Brent this should not only go down as Cam's worst of his career, it should go down as one of the TEAM's worst of the year. This is a TEAM sport and someone or some of the TEAM should have stepped up. Perhaps this will fire THEM up for the stretch run. It just amazes me how everyone is so quick to criticize one individual's performance for the TEAM's failure but rarely does anyone blog about Cam's outstanding play over 4 or 5 games that was responsible for the streak! I'm not comparing Cam to Kobe....but Kobe had 5 points two nights ago. He is on his way to a 40 point performance Go Mason! Go Cam!!
