Sad thing not to see Stephen Curry in this year's NCAA tournament and now that his college career is
most likely over, people are already debating if he will be the next NBA small school star or
the next JJ Redick. But fear not major sports networks, the Curry family love fest can continue in full force again. Stephen's little brother, Seth, could be coming to your television sets next season
with word of a transfer looming:
"The 6-foot-3 Curry was the Big South Freshman of the Year after averaging 20.2 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
This is a difficult decision that I have reached after close consultation with my family and others close to me, and it is based on my desire to develop as an athlete to the fullest of my potential and take advantage of new opportunities that may be available to me in a higher-rated conference, Curry said in a statement released by the school."
After watching this kid single handedly beat Mason back in December, it's hard to argue that he might
become a more prolific player than his other brother. Wouldn't it be great if he came to Fairfax? Ha, I dream. As long as he doesn't go to Maryland I'm happy.

His team got thumped by JMU.
JMU and ODU in the College Insiders.com Semi-Finals.
I'm not sure that I like the idea of Seth transferring. I think at least one of the reasons why everyone is such a fan of his bigger brother is that he represents that talent can come from anywhere. I don't even remember any talk for Stephen transferring when all of a sudden everyone who has previously thought he wasn't worth a BCS scholarship. No - he decided to stay in the school that took a chance on him.
And that's one of the great things I thought I would like about Seth playing at Liberty. He's another one of those players that was completely disregarded but turned out to be something special. What threw some irony into the ring was the fact that he happened to be the younger brother of someone who had gone through the exact same thing.
Sorry, posted before too soon. It should read as follows:

No - he decided to stay in the school that took a chance on him. And that year that Davidson made relatively far in The Tourney was something that I enjoyed watching.

Two standout players that were passed on making something great happen at two schools a reasonable portion of the U.S. hadn't even heard of before.
Va. Tech could be an option...it was his father's alma mater, the program is much improved, and it's in the ACC.
